This Privacy Policy describes how Dav Developers (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application AllInOne Service (the “App”) and related services. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are

The App is operated by Dav Developers. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact options in Section 12 (Contact) below.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information collected automatically when you use the App.

• Account and profile data: when you register or use account features, we may collect your name, username, email address, phone number, and role or persona you select (for example, customer vs provider), as needed to operate the service.
• Authentication: we issue and store a session token on your device after login so you can stay signed in until you sign out or the token expires.
• Location data: with your permission, the App may access device location (including approximate or precise location, depending on your device settings and how you use the App) to show nearby or area-relevant service providers and listings. You can revoke location permission in your device settings.
• Content you submit: information you add when using features of the App (for example, provider or listing details you submit) is processed to display and operate those features.
• Diagnostics and technical data: like many apps, our servers may receive technical information when you use the App, such as IP address, timestamps, and error or security logs, to keep the service secure and reliable.

3. How we use information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To show service providers, categories, and content relevant to your selections or location.
• To communicate with you about the service (for example, password reset or support responses when you contact us).
• To protect the security and integrity of the App and our systems, and to detect abuse or fraud.
• To comply with applicable law.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

If local law requires a “legal basis”, we rely on: performing our contract with you (providing the App), our legitimate interests (security, improving reliability), and consent where we ask for it (for example, device permissions such as location).

5. Sharing of information

We share information with service providers who help us host and operate the App and its backend (for example, cloud hosting). These providers process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.

The App may display contact or business information that users or providers choose to publish (for example, phone numbers to call a provider). That sharing is part of how the marketplace or directory features work.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. When retention is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify information where feasible.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) between the App and our servers where configured. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

• Permissions: you can grant or revoke permissions (such as location or phone) in your device settings.
• Account: you may request account deletion or a copy of your personal information by contacting us using Section 12. We may need to verify your request.
• Regional rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. Contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards described by applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
